Hi..
When was your last period? Are your periods regular?
If you have taken the pill within 24hrs it gives you 99.9% protection against pregnancy. With the pill it is possible to have altered cycles and altered flow..
There are very little chances of you being pregnant..
But do a urine pregnancy test 28 days from your last period to confirm..
It is advisable to use a regular method of contraception instead of going for an emergency pill.
Hope this information helps you..Take care..
