What Causes Light Vaginal Bleeding While On Yasmin Contraceptive Pill?
I have been on the Yasmin contraceptive pill for 2 years and this month I experienced light bleeding that seemed like ovulation bleeding in the middle of my cycle. I always take my pill exactly on time but does this mean I ovulated and I m not protected from pregnancy?

Breakthrough bleeding, spotting between periods while on the birth control pill is very common. This is especially true in the first few months of pills or if you are late when taking your pill. You should not be worried and continue to use the pill.
