What Causes Light Pink Spots On My Tongue?

I have like blotchy light pink spots on my tongue with red around it and little red dots, swirly lines on my tongue a sore throat and when I looked it up it said I had geographic tongue. But it said you re born with it and this just showed up about a week ago, this isn t sexually transmitted right?

The blotchy pink spots over the tongue cam be a geographic tongue which is a developmental anomaly of the tongue, characterised by depapillation of the tongue. This can also occur secondary to nutritional deficiency.
Nothing to be panic. Consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to take nutritional supplements.
