What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding Along With Back Pain And Dizziness?

I had a light red off and on bleeding for 2 days instead of my normal (heavy) period. I also have mild cramping in abdomen, lower backpain, dizziness, raging hormones, headache, lack of energy and fatigue. 4 days later I m experiencing light red spotting. I ve done 2 pregnancy tests and they ve both come up as negative. I ve seen a doctor who said to repeat the pregnancy test ina few days time but does not sound convinced that I could be pregnant.

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Light bleeding along with cramping, lower back pain, dizziness, headache, lack of energy and fatigue could be due to anemia, stress, etc.

Pregnancy can be ruled out or confirmed by urine pregnancy test (UPT). I suggest you consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, pelvic ultrasound, and hormonal profile if required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
