What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding Along With Abdominal Cramps And Mood Swings?

Over the last few years, my periods have become lighter and lighter. The first two days, it is brown blood and very light. The third day is a regular medium flow period. The final day is a mixture of both, but very light flow. Over the last few months, I have had cramps on the second to third day. I am extremely moody a week before. My periods arrive on time, but I feel my cycles take over my life and I can not get a doctor to listen once they hear that my periods are not heavy. What is the cause of this? By the way, I barely need a pantyliner on the light days.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your light and brown menstrual flow you are currently experiencing I am suggesting that you are gradually developing a condition called premature ovarian failure
In this regard please visit a nearby gynecologist for proper assessment in addition please do a pelvic scan hormone profile test
Meanwhile you may need a hormone replacement therapy
Regards
