Hi ive been feeling wierd lately light headed dizzy nauseous sometimes. Pain in chest (got told at A&E that it was skelitormuscular) im still not to sure about that to be honest only because I have been feeling the pain in my sholders and also rib cage. Also feeling tired alot lately. Any help or advice on whats wrong with me Id be greatful because now all thoughts have been entering my head and im really scared.
