What Causes Light Headedness And Plugged Ears?

After I blew my nose I got light headed, my left ear feels like it s plugged and I heard a squeaky like noise like its decompressing. Then I felt like I was going to be sick. This happens everytime I blow my nose (not even hard) the nausea is new. What is happening?

Sinusitis it is my sir, and don't you worry now. Just take levocitrazine one tab in the night for 3 weeks. Meanwhile take any NSAID like paracetamol, brufen for light headedness, headache if any...n u will b all fine. Also get reviewed by ENT specialist.
