Ive been feeling lightheaded recently. My tongue has been dry and i have a constant headache, my right ear hurts, and I ve been clenching my teeth together, causing the back right side of my jaw to hurt. I have also had a loss in appetite, and I get hot and cold.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Headache and dryness of the tongue may be due to oral infection or viral fever or chronic indigestion lead to tongue coating or candida of tongue etc.

Sjogren's syndrome may also present like this.

Use tablet Pantoprazole. Use syrup Aristozyme.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
