What Causes Light Headedness And Dizzy Spells With Insomnia?
Hello, Over the last couple of days, i have been feeling lightheaded and dizzy all of the sudden. I ve never felt like this before. I thought it was because of lack of sleep, but I had a good night of rest. I thought I was dehydrated but i am drinking water. However, this morning I am still feeling light headed. Any ideas? Thank you. Michelle
