General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Light headache, upper arm pain with tiredness can be part of underlying anemia (low hemoglobin) or vitamin deficiency in usual cases.
My recommendations at present:
- Drink more liquids to maintain hydration and avoid low blood pressure
- Control of blood sugar
- Balanced nutritious diet with protein, vitamins, minerals, anti oxidant fat, carbohydrates
- Avoid prolong sun exposure (if involved during golf)
- Regular measurement of blood pressure and vital parameters with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
