What Causes Light Headedness Along With Shortness Of Breath And Nausea?
This morning i was making coffee. i started getting light headed, shortness of breath, nauseous, and weak. I ended up waking up on the floor in my kitchen. i noticed that i must of fainted and was out for about ten min and that i also pooped on myself.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of light headedness along with shortness of breath and nausea . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like COPD , bronchitis , acid reflux or angina . Sinusitis can also cause such symptoms .As per your query doctors have already ruled out heart problem , so it seems to me that the symptoms are probably due to acid reflux or muscle and bone pain . You should avoid intake of large meals at a time and take small and frequent meals. You should avoid sleep immediately after having food. Take gelusil after each meal to avoid digestion problem. If there is shortness of breath , dizziness and fatigue then consult cardiologist without any delay .For now take steam and do warm saline gargles. Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon for muscle and bone problem as well as for nerve compression.

I really appreciate your concern, dyspepsia may be the cause of this symptoms, besides this it may have several other reason, eight from cerebral to systemic disease, just keep the eye open for next time if this ever happens then may needs CT brain and other blood test, endocrine dysfunction could be the cause, hope this information helps.
