The systolic blood pressure looks okay but the diastolic blood pressure is definitely less and the pulse rate too. I would advise you to maintain the Blood pressure chart. Consult your Doctor as soon as possible so that a proper clinical evaluation can be done and get the stool and blood tests to get a proper diagnosis to get started a proper course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics and as needed. If the blood pressure and pulse rate does not get to the normal levels, it may be needed to consult a Cardiologist too for clinical evaluation, examination and cardiac checkup like EKG, Echocardiography and so on to get a proper diagnosis and management. Since you are hypothyroid and taking Eltroxin, this too can have a direct or indirect impact on the health and the gastrointestinal and cardiac system. Hence get these blood tests too to get proper adjustment of the medication as required.
