I have felt lethargic for a couple of days and signs are varied and not all there together. Ache occasionally in heart /chest area, occasionally a bit breathless (but went for walk yesterday without being breathless), an ache my back, acid reflex. Pulse and bp are ok. Hello. Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

It seems like you have all symptoms due to acid reflux disease which can cause burning chest pain with occasional breathlessness due to gaseous distension of abdomen. Dark and foamy saliva may come in acid reflux disease.

Rabeprazole along with domperdone is the drug of choice for acid reflux. Ask your doctor about this. I can't prescribe you online.

If symptoms are not relieved then go for chest xray and ecg for further evaluation. Upper GI endoscopy may be advisable if you have recurrent acid reflux disease.

Avoid any food which can precipitate acidity like spicy and oily food avoid excessive salads, potato, rise which can aggravate gas problem.

Thank you
Have a nice day.
