What Causes Lethargy And Lightheadedness?
I have been experiencing periods of lethargy, and feeling light headed. Also recently starting feeling a mild pain in my left side right below my rib cage. I am not sure if these are due to stress or symptoms of an issue I should be more concerned with.

Lethargy and fatigue is quite a broad spectrum covering many etiologies and need specification with a little history and work up. But the lest epigastric pain is most likely due to a stomach origin. It could be an ulcer or a gastritis an needs a gastroenterologist for further management and complete clinical correlation. Stress of course can cause it too by compromising the Gut functions
