What Causes Lethargy And Headache After Getting Hit In The Temple?

I m 17 years old and three days ago I was hit in my right temple by a shoulder pretty hard. I ve had a constant headache ever since. I seem to be tired more often, I m always wanting to fall asleep. I ve been taking ibuprofen for my headache. What could possibly be going on? Is it anything serious? A concussion?

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having lethargy and headache following hit in the temple.
If these symptoms are associated with symptoms of dizziness, nausea, vomiting.... then we need to consider concussion injury to the brain.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
