What Causes Lethargy And Head Heaviness All Day Long?

hi..i am feeling head heaviness the whole day, i like to sleep all the time. i am 50 years old, female. i consulted my doctor and said that i have no any problem..they prescribed an anti depressant but it didn't worked.they told me that i am suffering from anxiety and post menopausal syndrome, but the medicines seemed doesn't help that much. please help me identify what i am experiencing right now. thank you.

Hi.
Certainly there is more chance of this due to hormonal changes.
If this is long lasting request your Doctor to try to give you HRT= hormone replacement therapy just for one month.
IF the problem is solved - this is diagnostic as well as therapeutic too.
Continue HRT. It is better to take than the psychotropic drugs.
What you need are the medicines to elevate your mood not to give sleep- as most of the anti-depressants give. Please request your Doctor to give you anxiolytics and not the anti-depressants.
