What Causes Less Chest Expansion?

Sir! May chest expansion is 4 cms. What could be the possible causes for it? Because of this I am not able to complete the words at one go while speaking and of late also suffering from loss of concentration, memory and hair loss. Kindly suggest some measures to bring it back to normal 5 cms.

mask .
- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids .
- Balanced nutritious diet .
