What Causes Leg Aches That Move From Shins To Thighs And Glutes?

Hi. I have leg aches that move from my shins to my thighs to my glutes. Stretching helps temporarily. It s like Ihave really tight muscles, but it doesn t feel like post work-out pain. I had a large rash on my inner thighs for a few days which seems to be resolving.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It could be a neuropathic pain like sciatica. As a first line management you can try analgesics like Gabapentin for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persists better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
