What Causes Left Testicle To Be Larger Than Other?

Hi I am 24 years old. Ive just noticed recently that my left testicle is MUCH larger than my right. Also probably since I was 16 or 17, if I jump off of something maybe 3+ feet high, I get a pretty painful feeling in my testicles for 3 to 4 seconds then it goes away. Any ideas or cause for concern?

Hi.
The causes for an enlarged testis of the left side can be a Cancer , hydrocele, orchitis or a cyst . The cause for the pain is that the nerve supplying the area is getting stretched due to jumping so the pain is momentary.
The cause of concern is to rule out cancer.
I would advise you to get urgent ultrasonography and color doppler examination to get a probable diagnosis so that the treatment can be planned.
