General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I do understand your pain and discomfort. As per your history is concerned check these pathological points:

1) Do a blood DC to ruled out lymph node involvement if present take a full course of DEC once a day for 20 days if not proceed to next

2) Check for Frozen shoulder if found take oral steroids starting 40mg once a day and tapering 10 mg weekly

3) Check and ruled out Rheumatoid arthritis by doing RF and ESR test

If nothing found follow me after one week.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.

Wishing you all the best.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
