What Causes Left Sided Sharp Abdominal Pain?

I had a sharp pain on left side of abdomen , lower intestine it felt like a kick I my stomach , like my intestine was notting up, severe musel spasum so hard of pain I wanted to faint. lasted quite a long time. was sweating from the severe pain, tried to walk it off. but nothing seemed to help?

I really appreciate your concern, the pain that is being described here could be due to renal stone and it needs to be ruled out and for that I would suggest to get done the plain x-ray of abdomen and ultrasonography, second it could be colicky abdomen pain due to dyspepsia and for that you can try Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen prior to got for imaging studies, besides this urinary tract infection could be the cause, It is better to drink more water hope this information helps.
