What Causes Left Sided Chest Pain?

Hello madam/sir, i am feeling mild chest pain in the left side of my chest area and also sometimes spreads to left arm.. thsi is happening since last 10 -12 days .. though it is not continuosly bt happnes after soem time interval .. could u plz suggest me something

I can understand your concern.
Left sided chest pain is commonly seen with heart diseases.
So we should first rule out heart related pain in your case.
So get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. Ecg
3. 2d echo.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes muscular pain can also cause similar symptoms.
So take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs. Apply warm water pad on affected areas. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Don't worry, you will be alright,but first rule out heart diseases.
