What Causes Left Sided Chest Pain That Radiates To Neck And Shoulders?

For the past 4 days I have had pain in my left side continually. If I cough or take a deep breath the pain radiates up to my chest, neck and shoulder. I went to a walk in clinic and after many qustions, they ran a urine test and say it shows a urine infection showing blood in the urine. I do not have any of the symptoms that I have always had when getting a urine infection. I told this to the doctor and he said that the urine tests they perform in there could be off and they would send it to LabCorp for testing too. He prescribed the medication for UTI anyway and said that the blood in the urine could be from some other cause and to see my PCP. What else could this be. I m really concerned that t could be something else and needs to be attended to sooner rather than later.
