What Causes Left Sided Chest Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Left Arm?

My chest has been hurting off and on throughout the day for 6 days now. Also it feels as though someone has punched me in my left shoulder and my left arm is tingling also I am having to pop my jaw often I went to er and doc said EKG look good but my heart is still racing after taking 1mg of ativan should I seek a second should I go back to the er? It worsen just getting up to go to the rest room or even an argument.

If cardiac cause of this is ruled out then you should look for some other disorders and in first case, neurologic issues such as vertebral degeneration and nerve compression. So you should do xrays or MRi scan of cervical spine. Last cause my be circulatory issues due due atherosclerosis of arm vessels.
