What Causes Left-sided Abdominal Pain?

Hi ive been getting lower left pains in my stoach or lower abdominal. Its been about 8 weeks now since I hurt myself at work. ive had a ultrasound but showed nothing no tears no fluid. So they wanted me to do a MRI but I could not get into the machine. They had me doing Physio but was making it worse. I did a CT scan the other day and got results back. Findings liver is normal in size and density. There is no focal liver lesion. There is no biliary dilatation. The pancreas and spleen have a normal appearance.Kidneys are of normal size.
