What Causes Left Arm Pain And Fuzzy Feeling In Left Temporal Region?

Dear Doctor, I have been experiencing unusual symtoms for over a year now. On Jun.19,2014. I was drving home from work and all the sudden I had a weird tingly feeling shoot up my arm into the left side of my head and face. I had immediate weakness in my left arm and it felt sloppy feeling. I could still use it to drive to ER, they did work up and sent me home. Since then I have symptoms of left arm pain specific in the bicep are like a vise clamping on my humerus. This comes and goes and nothing I do reproduces the pain like moving arm in any way. I have tried US and taping arm with PT. I have had complete work up with Cardiologist, Neurologist, and ENT work up. I have had multiple scans with no findings. Since then on Nov.23, 2014 I was sitting at desk and all the sudden in my left temporal region I experienced a tingly/fuzzy feeling. Then I have had my left eye give symptoms or Proptosis, but I dont have it the Dcotors say but I have the symptoms. Sometimes I have my left side around the occipital area have pain and seem likes it swelling compared to o ther side. I have these sympstoms more often than not about 12-20 times a month. The Neurologist, after the third time seeing me finally labled it as headaches so he ordered me to take Gabapenten and work my way up to 900mg if the pain was still there. I did this and the day I was abel to work up to 900 mg, I was in more extreme pain than the regular symptoms, the pain syptoms became excutiating only on the left side of my temoral area. My issue is that I never had any issues until I had the episode of driving and from that moment I have been experiencing strange symptoms from that point foward. I dont get releif other than the times, the symtpoms are not there. I am 11 year BC survivor and went through chemo and radiation and bilateral Breast augmentation. I have aslo had to have a stent placed in circumflex due to radiation. I dont have anywhere else to turn. The doctos here have washed there hands of me with no follow up.
