Hello and welcome to HCM,
Leakage of serum or fluid from umbilical cord incision is not alarming after birth of a child recently.
In case the site is associated with bleeding, oozing out of pus or pain, then you need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment.
After 30 days of gall bladder surgery, you can resume your daily routine activities.
The surgical incisions are small in laproscopic surgery so the post-operative recovery is also fast.
Take care of the incision site for any evidence of infection - pain, leakage of pus etc.
You can take your routine food but avoid fatty foods initially.
And you can take care of your baby too.

Thanks and take care
