What Causes Late Period Despite Having Thick Endometrium?

I ve had irregular periods for many years. At my last check up my gyn stated the lining of my uterus was very thick which was a concern for him. He put me in promethium I believe. For 6 months. Now this last cycle, I was late 5 days and I ve spotted for 3 days and now I have severe cramping with white tissue discharge. Don t know if it s urgent being that I ve moved out of state and should I seek urgent medical attention.

I really appreciate your concern, white discharge may not be due to the history of endometrium thinking bulky uterus, irregular menses, but this could be due to vaginitis (fungal infection may be likely) If I would be treating doctor of this case then I would suggest the vaginal suppository for this and best option would be "Povidone vaginal suppository" this would give nice result, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
