General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, where are you located? It appears to be a hydrocele or a hernia that you have developed. The only treatment that can be done. I would suggest that you get the treatment done once you can gather insurance if you dont have much pain in the lump. Ideal would be to get an Ultrasound done so that we can reach a diagnosis. If it is a Hydrocele there would be no harm in waiting for definitive treatment whereas if it is a hernia then you should get the treatment done earlier. Take care and feel free to consult when you need.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, India.
