What Causes Large Lesions Outside Anus?
I have a lesion about 1.5 long just outside the anus. I have tried 2 different anti biotic with no success. It is located where I sit and rubs when I walk. I put bandaid on to be able to lesson the pa8n. I soak it in the tub twice a day and blow dry it. What is it and how can I get it to heal?

From history it seems that there might be having possibility of two things,
1, either Fistula in ano or having 2, forming abscess in anal area.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Treatment depends upon diagnosis.
Antibiotic might give temporary relief.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
