What Causes Large Bruise On Hip Bone Radiating To Abdomen?
i had a large bruise about two inches from my hip bone to the left ( closer to the center of my stomach) i don t remember bumping into anything (although i workout a lot and lift heavy weights at times) i know it hurt the other day but i didn t take a look, and in the spot it hurt its bruised.

Hi try applying warm compress and take some pain medication. Think back if you had any other traumatic incident like tripping or something falling onto the area. If it persists go to your doctor for further evaluation. No strenuous activities for now
