What Causes Large Bowel Obstruction?

Patient b/p 140/102. Having severe pain under right Breast. Unable to eat. No bm x2 day, feels weak and unable to get up. S/p colonoscopy 3 days ago with removal of golf ball size polyp, abd film shows large amt of bm in intestines. Seen in ER with no help

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms can be managed with PPI and best option would be "Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
