Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you may be having vitamin deficiencies. You can get your vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 checked. Till then you can take EvionLC, calcium and Mecobalamine. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be of use for pain relief. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
