What Causes Lack Of Sleep During The Initial Hours Of The Sleep Cycle?

I cannot sleep for 2 to 3 hrs after going to bed I I go to gym for an hour and I m busy the whole day but still I do not feel like sleeping before 2 or 3 am what to do? Do I need to be worried? It certainly affects my wake up routine and am mostly late to classes. It feels like I am unable to do anything about it! Need help!

hi sir, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, its maybe due to ur thinking disturbances, u have to free ur mind with all work and worries, plz use prazonal or alpraz 0.5 only after dinner, first 15 days, then reduce the dose to 0.25mg next 15 days... then use alternate days...and stop using after that... hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
