What Causes Lack Of Focus In Vision After Fainting Due To Motion Sickness?

Hello , my friend had motion sickness in the car one week ago,after getting out of the car he fainted , then he was helped quickly to get u.. he had slight shaky hands. After that he laid down and sleept. After waking up he notices that he cannot focus on things with his eyes more then few seconds ,his eyes go the other way , playing eyes while trying to ficus. Unable to work with computer any longer. Please doctor, give us an advice , what cound it be the reason for this and is there a cure and treatment. Thanks You !

Hi,

He has moving eyes means nystagmus, so we need to rule out any tumor in the brain. CT scan may be required for the same. Also, does he have a headache? Diminution of vision? does he ever have a similar episode in the past?
