What Causes Lack Of Discharge Of Semen After Reaching Orgasm During Intercourse?
When I have sex I feel like I am going to orgasm but no semen comes out. Furthermore my testicles feel empty all the time, before my balls used to feel full after a few hours of no sex. I am quite worried as I am 25 and live quiet a active lifestyle. However I noticed this change after a game of football when the ball hit me in my crotch area. Many thanks

Please get an ultrasound scan on your pelvic and scrotal area. As the previous injury might have caused an obstruction to sperm flow by an epididymal tear or hematoma formation.
