What Causes Lack Of Appetite Along With Tightness In Abdomen?

I havent been eating properly, ive had an upset stomach that would only come for like an hour or so , had that for like 2 months but now its to the point where that feeling will stay for over 5-6 hours maybe a full day i cant stand solid food, even just chewing it. its like a tightness feeling in my stomach. Not eating properly, even liquids and last night when i did eat dinner for once , i ended up bringing it all back up. The feeling in my stomach is turning me off in anything possible

It is possible that you have reflux. Reflux can cause bloating, nausea and the sensation can last for a long period of time.

You may want to try changing your diet and also using medication.

Diet changes would include: (1) using small frequent meals instead of large meals
(2)avoiding fried/fatty/spicy/acidic foods
(3)avoid tomatoes, onions, mints, caffeine

Medications such as nexium, prilosec, prevacid, protonix can be used.
