What Causes Knuckles Spots With No Pain Or Itching?
Hi doctor, i have these three tiny red dots my knuckles. They do not itch and there is no pain when i touch them. I used to have only one of these dots for a very long time and i just noticed recently two others appear. Do you know what these red dots might be?

I really appreciate your concern, if the lesion is just on knuckles then this could be due to some systemic disease and may not be skin disease, collagen disease need to be ruled out if you are working in radiation area then it may be due to exposure of radiation, better to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
