What Causes Knee And Ankle Pain During Running?
Hi, whenever (and wherever) I run, my knees and ankles tend to hurt badly. My knees generally hurt around the inside of my leg. The pains are kind of facing each other. My ankles hurt, like there's too much pressure on them. I'm thirteen and about 5 feet 6 sinches and 93.8 pounds. Is there a diagnosis for this?
