Hello doctors,
I am a 30 year-old mother of a 6 week old baby girl who was delivered by a normal vaginal delivery.
I had an episiotomy done that time, two weeks ago i had a vaginal culture because of persistant minor bleeding which stoped now, was prescribed antibiotics and now I was diagnosed with klebsiella vaginitis again in my follow up appointment and the dr gave me augmentin for 10 days and should again have a follow up!

I would like to know the reason behind this infection and how can I get rid of it although I have no symptoms.
