What Causes Kidney Pain Despite Taking Antibiotics?
Hi I am in A lot of pain from my kidneys I had a kidney infection and was prescribed antibiotics but the pain has returned . I had a ultrasound a couple of years ago which showed shadows on my kidneys but no treatment was carried out and I was discharged.

I would suggest that you should increase your fluid intake as kidney pain could either be due to infection or stones etc, I would also suggest some investigations please do ultrasound KUB, urine R/E and let me know.
