What Causes Joints Pain, Mild Headache And Fatigue?

I am pretty sure I have heat exhaustion: achy, fleeting pain in joints, cold when everyone else is comfortable, fatigue, sleepiness, slight headache. Drinking lots of Gatorade with water, some fruit juice, some herbal tea (to help with chills). Had flu shot. Got overheated Friday. I m 69.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to side effects of the flu shot vaccine. This vaccine can cause flu-like symptoms.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day. I also recommend to drink liquids, eat healthy and rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
