What Causes Joint Pains With History Of TB Of Lymph Node?
Hi Dr,lymph-node TB..taking akurit-4 for 01month.past 3-4 days.fever attack for awhile.after taking Panadol 2tablet(paracetamol) body back to normal .(sweating)my body joint feel pain full and weak.is it because of taking Akurit -4 for 4tablet..(weight 56kg)

Akruit tablet is 4 medicines combined for TB. It does have effect of weakness. All the TB patients are advised to take high protein diet with vitamin and minerals (including calcium and iron) to avoid weakness followed by your complaints.
Joint pain might be following viral fever you had. Continue with Akruit pills as advised. Please continue with nutritional supplements with pain medicine over the counter. If pain does not go in a week's time consult your treating physician.

You are suffering from TB of lymph nodes and are on Akurit-4. You are having fever, joint pain, sweating and also feeling weakness. Sweating, weakness are the side effects of the medicine you have been taking. You should take home made balanced food rich in minerals and protein.
Sometimes, hyperuricemia can be associated with the medicine you are taking, get your uric acid tested, get blood tests for RA factor done. You can consult a rheumatologist for evaluation. Some medicines may lead to myalgia and bone pains, get a follow up clinical examination done by your treating doctor, get vitamin b12 and D3 blood test done.
Do not stop the Akurit-4 as you are getting fever. You will be according treated and managed after getting the reports of the tests done. Stay away from addictions (smoking drugs, alcohol, etc.), for the best efficacy of the medications you are taking.
