What Causes Jittery Feeling After Taking Vitamin Pills?
i bought a multi vitamins yesterday at GNC store i bought the ultra active vitamins in a packets, it is like 8-10 vitamins in 1 packet. I took all the pills this morning wjile having breakfat at 7:30 AM. then at about 10am all of a sudden i felt Jittery. what will i do to get this feeling off?

While I hope that you dont consume alcohol or any other drugs, as such jitteriness is often seen in these patients due to low glucose levels after taking high dose multivitamins. Also donot take dietary supplements without a physician's advice as these can be damaging to liver and kidneys, specially the high dose vitamins.
