General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Noted about your past history of Diabetes type 1, Lupus, and bipolar disease, now vomiting every morning, painful jaw opening.
The commonest cause of only morning vomiting without any pregnancy can be a condition called Achalasia Cardia.
This is best diagnosed with thick Barium Swallow study and Upper GI Endoscopy.
Also needed is to go for liver function.
The Jaw pain can be due to Arthritis of the Temporomandibular joint, mass or muscle spasm.
Consult an ORal Surgeon or a dentist for examination to get a proper clinical diagnosis, have relevant investigations and get treated accordingly.
Continue management for Diabetes and Lupus as before or as advised/changed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
