Hello,

Jaundice is unlikely related to steroid pills. However, gastritis is quite common with oral steroid and you can take antacids like omeprazole or Pantoprazole while on steroid tablet. If jaundice persists better to consult a physician or gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
