What Causes Itchy Spots On Arms?

I have a patch of colorless itcy spots on both of my arms. Front part between elbows and shoulders. I have been using anti itch cream to no avail. I can scratch all day and it never goes away. The feling to itch. To look at my arms you see nothing. I am wondering why you may think it is

Good day and thanks for your question. Sorry about the ithcing. A picture of the itchy spots would have helped us in establishing a diagnosis. You can take diphenhydramine 25mg. But a visit to the Dermatologist would be immensely helpful. Hope it helps. Thank you.
