What Causes Itchy Skin While Treating Lactose Intolerance?

I have recently been diagnosed with several allergies, including to milk. I have not had any milk products that I am aware of, but have not kept anything down for two days.....this also happened a couple of weeks ago. My skin itches. I spit out Clem and burp a great deal. Advice? Do I need future allergy testing, or stomach tests?
