What Causes Itchy Reddish Raised Mark On Hand?

Hi, I ve just developed a crescent marking on my middle knuckle right hand. The crescent isn t even 1cm in height and I d say 2mm across but definitely visible. I have itched it so is now red- irritated skin but the mark is white itself and raised. No previous allergies or illnesses. Please help

I suggest a possibility of tinea/ fungal infection.
Tinea or fungal infections usually present with annular/ ring shaped lesions or half rings/ half circles/ crescent shaped lesions.
These shapes are arise as the fungal infections expands/ spreads at the periphery and clears in center.
Fungal infections are usually itchy.
I suggest you to try an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for 2 weeks.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
