Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic
I suggest a possibility of tinea/ fungal infection. Tinea or fungal infections usually present with annular/ ring shaped lesions or half rings/ half circles/ crescent shaped lesions. These shapes are arise as the fungal infections expands/ spreads at the periphery and clears in center. Fungal infections are usually itchy. I suggest you to try an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for 2 weeks. An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
Regards
