The possible diagnosis of the condition based at the symptoms is urticaria. Urticaria is a form of cutaneous hypersensitivity that can be aggrevated by certain drugs and certain foods of which fermented food and sour food are common culprits.Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may be used along with topical soothing lotions like calamine lotion. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards.
